Make’s masterplan for a new, state-of-the-art stadium for Tottenham Hotspur was designed to support vibrant use 365 days a year. The aim was to spark local regeneration, attract investment to this area of North London and offer new benefits to the community, even on non-match days.

Along with the stadium, the brief included plans for a club museum, a shop, 200 new homes, a hotel, a supermarket, and a new public space to host communal activities.

The new facilities are respectful of the area’s existing architecture, including its range of listed buildings.

Make developed a comprehensive transport strategy as part of the phasing and delivery to ensure people could make smooth journeys to, from and around the new stadium.

Approach routes were carefully considered to accommodate the 60,000 fans and visitors who flock to the area on match days.

The stadium is positioned on the high street to create a dynamic, accessible environment around it.
